POSITION SUMMARY:  

You are a juggler and visionary at heart, living for the thrill of having multiple different things on your plate at once while constantly dreaming up ways to improve current processes and procedures. You love to cozy up with your laptop and headphones in, inputting, tracking and analyzing data while shooting off emails left and right. You care about being organized and efficient, but you’re also able to go with the flow and pivot on the spot- there’s a good chance you used to chair committees, events or clubs in high school and/or college. You feel competent and capable of collecting and organizing data, building relationships and multi-tasking. But most importantly, the idea of being part of a start-up team with the mission to change our food system for the better is what gets you energized and out the door every day.

 

 

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Support the sales staff with admin tasks, including distributor setup forms, category review submissions, data consolidating and tracking, promotional forms and vendor portal management
  • Prepare reports for management on collected data weekly, bi-weekly and monthly
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key contacts in our broker and regional field sales teams
  • Provide updates on account status to sales team- including account performance, recent activity, challenges, successes and more
  • Provide new item information and tracking to prospective and current customers
  • Track and manage inventory of office supplies including paper, pens, company cardstock and letterhead etc.

 

 

MORE ABOUT YOU:

  • You have some previous experience in sales
  • You’ve got that entrepreneurial can-do attitude that inspires your teammates
  • Strong data/analytical skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • A confident decision maker with an emphasis on details and data
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, Microsoft Office/Google Docs
  • Look forward to having a great view of the mountains while working M-F from our office in Louisville, CO
