Think Better is hiring an Account Manager. Candidates should be passionate about marketing, seeking an unconventional marketing role, and must be committed to learning.   • A self-starter, who can work independently and proactively to resolve issues, take ownership of the tools, processes, reporting, and relationships with clients
Here’s What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Manage multiple marketing programs across 2 - 4 clients
  • Monitor and measure marketing program performance
  • Set up and optimize marketing systems like Hubspot, Google Analytics, WordPress, etc.
  • Execute campaigns across multiple channels—site, email, social, paid, PR, SEO
  • Follow and develop systems to support the scalability of Think Better
  • Perform market research and data collection
  • Participate in and lead client meetings
  • Present strategic plans and performance to clients
  • Work with contractors to develop and distribute marketing messages
These Are the Requirements:
  • Minimum 5-7 years of marketing experience - agency experience preferred
  • Proficiency in marketing automation systems
  • Expertise in Inbound marketing and lead generation
  • An understanding of the B2B sales process
  • Experience setting up, promoting, and running webinars
  • An analytical mind and interest in using data to optimize marketing programs
  • Excellent writing and editing skills
  • HubSpot and Google Analytics Certified
  • Nice-to-Have: Adobe Creative Suite Experience, Salesforce Certification
