EverCommerce—a company comprised of more than 28 technology subsidiaries—is looking for a Salesforce Administrator to join our Growth Engagement (GE) team. You will play a key role in consulting with subsidiaries on operational initiatives and helping them run as efficiently as possible.

You:

You are an experienced platform administrator who has a strong background in project management. You are passionate about collaborating with senior business leaders on building and implementing updated processes and platforms. You have a knack for developing and monitoring key performance indicators within a B2B SaaS operation that produce actionable insights for functional owners. You’re a skilled and organized communicator who has no problem driving long term projects through to completion.

EverCommerce is located in the LoDo area of Denver. Our collaborative, open-plan office space is filled with high-energy, talented people who enjoy our weekly lunches, bubble hockey, and hanging out with their co-workers.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Growth Engagement team in assessing operational gaps and opportunities within individual subsidiaries and assist in building out long-term growth strategies.
  • Create and maintain an operational project roadmap for each of your assigned EverCommerce companies.
  • Partner with EverCommerce General Management, Subsidiary Leadership, and Subsidiary Functional Owners (Sales, Marketing, Customers Success, Service, etc.) as an end-to-end strategic project manager to execute key business and platform initiatives.
  • Develop best practice playbooks and frameworks around the scientific approach to improving a B2B SaaS sales and marketing funnel that can be repeatedly deployed to expand the reach of your influence over subsidiary processes.
  • Prioritize and track initiatives and their financial effects across the portfolio.
  • Communicate findings and operational results to leadership and to the broader organization by preparing and delivering presentations
Provide administrative support and development bandwidth across varying platforms in the following categories:
  • CRM's (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Telephony solutions (Talkdesk, Ring Central, native CRM voice solutions, etc.)
  • Support Platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk, Zoho Desk, Freshdesk, etc.)
  • Business Intelligence Platforms (Looker, Salesforce Wave, homegrown solutions, etc.)

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of project management, Salesforce.com administration, or other related work experience
  • Ability to advise and influence senior business leaders across organizational lines.
  • Capable of meeting short-deadline projects daily and are comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and willingness to pitch in when necessary
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management Analytics, Operations, Economics, or related field
