As Assistant Studio Manager your job is to help foster our vibrant community, provide excellent customer service to our members and guests, implement the day to day administrative to do's, and keep the studio appearance, feel and environment at its very best. Responsibilities include: *Provide top level concierge and reception service *Drive revenue via in person communication and targeted sales *Client outreach via phone, email and text *Perform essential daily studio tasks and projects *Provide support to instructors and work as a team with all staff, managers, and owner Required Skills and Experience: *3+ years of customer service, sales and/or reception experience *Excellent written and verbal communication skills *Strong computer skills (Mac experience a must, MindBody software experience a plus) *Superior problem solving and multitasking abilities *Strong work ethic and passion for fitness/wellness Schedule/availability requirements: Part time-- approximately 20 hours a week. Must be available  early mornings, early evenings, some weekends and holidays
