You are a strategic marketer who knows how to fuel the lead funnel. You are hands-on and can own your digital marketing eco-system, but are also able to direct a small internal team of managers and specialists. You work with a sense of urgency and passion to understand early indicators of campaign success. You are an analytical wizard who loves Excel, Marin, Google Analytics, and optimization tools like VWO, yet you possess a highly developed right brain, as well. You analyze the data to identify opportunities and formulate copy and layout solutions to optimize results. And you are never satisfied with campaign performance – ever.

Summary of Responsibilities:

  • Design, plan and manage integrated demand generation campaigns across organic, paid search, display, retargeting, and social advertising channels to drive quality leads into the funnel
  • Leverage marketing automation tools and processes to optimize lead nurturing, lead prioritization, lead routing, and driving funnel stage progression
  • And collaborate with sales management to manage lead follow to the sales engine and optimize campaign performance to achieve lead generation targets
  • Manage campaign performance using KPIs such as cost per lead and cost per acquisition, adjusting the channel mix and messaging as required to achieve targets
  • Work with Ops team to provide reporting and actively monitor and analyze the impact of marketing contribution to the sales pipeline and company revenue targets
  • Provide marketing, sales and business leaders with analysis for marketing investments and pipeline impact
  • Manage the acquisition budget that meets company goals for pipeline growth.
  • Work with paid and organic search team leads to uncover new acquisition opportunities and execute campaigns to capitalize on these opportunities, including required budget and assets
  • Drive greater ROI using CVR optimization best practices

Experience and Skills:

  • 5-7 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in SaaS software and/or B2B. At least 2 years in a marketing leadership role
  • Motivated, positive and able to make decisions quickly and confidently  
  • Proven ability to manage and optimize program budgets and optimize ROI
  • Strong background in paid search, display, remarketing and social media advertising with demonstrated success in those channels
  • Power user: Google Analytics, Webmaster Tools, Google Adwords, Moz, Salesforce, and other traffic analysis and lead management tools
  • Manager and coaching experience
  • Proven ability to prioritize multiple projects and manage time for optimum ROI
  • Excellent data analysis skills and proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Working HTML knowledge, Craft CMS a plus
  • Bachelor's degree with a concentration in marketing, business, or related field
