Our work uncovers the traits that are standing in the way of your success and then teaches you how to manage them. Failing to set clear expectations, avoiding conflict and failing to delegate are obstacles to being an effective leader. The underlying premise of our work is that you intellectually know you should be doing these things; you know how to do them, yet something in you is resisting. Until you examine that resistance and learn how to manage it, your power to enlist, engage, guide and support others in growing the company is limited.
