queFactory is a Berkeley based product design company, focusing on sustainable goods for everyday life improvements. We launched our core product - collapsible silicone water bottle que Bottle in October 2016, which became the most backed water bottle ever on Kickstarter where we sold over 30,000 units within 30 days. We are constantly looking for new inspirational ideas and work on new product development and currently have 3 other projects under development.

We initially launched on Kickstarter in 2016 and were quickly backed by over 13,000 passionate supporters from all over the world. Since then, our unique design and philosophy have been featured and praised by world famous institutions such as SF + NY MoMA, The de Young, and The Smithsonian Museum.

Through partnering with non-profit organizations, and donating a portion of our sales to help fund their projects, we hope to make a direct impact in the fight to protect our planet and preserve our natural resources.

Responsibilities: 
As our operations lead, you will oversee the daily operations of our company, including: 
- Customer and wholesale fulfillment 
- Inventory management 
- Fulfillment staff supervision 
- Shipping/logistics coordination

Qualifications: 
- BA/BS or equivalent. Tech savvy. Excellent verbal and written 
- communication skills. 
- Customer support experience. 
- Excellent organizational and time management skills. 
- Be able to adapt to a fast-paced environment. 
- Ability to work effectively and play a lead role in cross-functional team 
environment.
