Hello, we're E Source
We help utilities solve problems, make business decisions that serve their customers well, and give them the competitive advantage they need to succeed. We work with thousands of utility employees and leaders across the US and Canada, arming them with the knowledge and guidance they need to adapt to ever-changing business and market conditions.
E Source is looking for an Analyst to provide high-quality, relevant research to utility customer experience (CX) professionals.
E Source, located in Boulder, Colorado, provides independent research, information, advisory, and consulting services to utilities and other key players in the energy marketplace. Our mission is to increase the effectiveness of our customers’ operations, programs, and customer relationships. We’re looking for a senior analyst to join our customer experience team.
As an analyst, you’ll research CX topics, write reports, and provide actionable responses to on-demand research requests from E Source’s more than 100 utility members across the US and Canada. These organizations depend on us for unbiased research on CX strategies and tactics. E Source serves as a high-value filter of the torrent of information utility CX professionals face. You’ll provide concise, customized insights and help our clients sort through the hype.
Analysts conduct research via primary and secondary sources, including phone interviews, internet searches, internal and third-party data tools, and in-depth reading. You’ll then analyze that information and use it to write reports, answer members’ questions, and create presentations for conference calls, webinars, and in-person conferences and meetings.
