In June 2018, Joy Smith founded the company with her husband Todd and her son Gerrid. Their mission? To help as many people as possible by creating the most pure, organic and bio-available broad spectrum cannabinoid products on the market, all at a price people can afford.

Back in June 2018, we had only four employees. By November 2018, that number had grown to 19. And by May 2019, our roster is over 50 employees long -- with no signs of getting any shorter.

What You Get Out of the Deal:

Full-time work with an awesome gang of people making $40,000 to $60,000 annually depending on your experience. We also offer free product every month, great product discounts for friends and family, and health insurance after your first 90 days.

• 3+ years of digital marketing project experience
• Highly organized - loves project management!
• Can successfully see multiple projects from concept to final buildout
• Has an extreme attention to detail
• Enjoys fast paced environments

Your Job at Joy Organics:

• You will report to the Chief Marketing Officer
• Manage website requests
• Manage technology requests (Zoho)
• Manage technology/software integration and setup
• PM major projects and product rollouts
• Ordering: Links, Business Cards, Sample Requests
• Paying Freelancers
• Review coupon codes every week to make sure they are following protocols
• Helping private label, wholesale and our FC store with their newsletters
• Manages production and editorial calendar to ensure timelines and milestones are met
• Given strategy - they can pull together the correct resources needed to produce on target deliverables.
• Maintains alignment with Editorial Calendar - disseminating task via production calendar.
• Uses systems to create inter-departmental workflows
• Collects all necessary information needed for designers to build their deliverables (imagery, copy, specs.)
• Liaison between other departments and creative marketing department to assemble requests and and push deliverables on timeline
• Pushes the editorial calendar items live (social, email, web)
• Organizes all promotion details (creative assets, landing page designs and functionality, coupon codes etc)
