Full Job Description
About You 

You are an experienced storyteller and excited to develop creative systems and processes necessary to execute our brand strategy and deliver consistent and remarkable brand experiences. You will shape Core’s creative vision and serve as the primary brand advocate - ensuring consistency across everything we do - from physical products to mobile apps, customer communications, and more.

As part of the brand & marketing team, you will collaborate to create and execute award-worthy consumer marketing campaigns and deliverables across all audiences and channels to achieve marketing awareness and growth goals. As the head of our brand, you will provide inspirational creative leadership for all marketing, brand, and product initiatives, and will be able to both think strategically and execute hands-on projects yourself. Over time, you will help determine our talent needs and build an in-house creative team.

Specific Qualifications

  • 5-10 years of experience building one or more consumer brands from early stages through growth
  • Some in-house experience is preferred, but agency is ok
  • Expert at content creation across all channels (digital, advertising, physical) including visual, copy, and graphic design from concept through to execution
  • Expert at Photoshop, Illustrator, etc; Photoshoot direction experience
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to attract world-class creative talent, and build and lead a creative team
  • A strong network of freelancers and industry contacts (copywriters, photographers, etc).
