Beef is a $100B business in the US, and the existing supply chain has sucked the passion out of this category, resulting in underserved consumers and frustrated ranchers.
By delivering a monthly box of beautiful, craft meats from a small rancher, we will create full source transparency as to how the meat is produced and raised. Consumers will benefit through access to better tasting meat, and ranchers will benefit through a direct connection with consumers.
This is an early stage, pre-launch, Bay Area-based company. It is venture funded and founded by a two time successful CEO and aspiring pitmaster.
I am looking for a co-founder who can drive our marketing and consumer acquisition strategies. While this person will be responsible for branding and messaging, the most important focus is an effective strategic and tactical plan across paid marketing channels, including Facebook, Google, and affiliates.
I need someone who is passionate about testing and learning, willing to get her hands dirty with creative and optimization, and deeply understands CAC to LTV and performance marketing. This person is detail oriented and will be responsible for set-up, execution, and optimization of various campaigns while quickly figuring out what works, what doesn’t, and why.
Performance marketing and direct to consumer experience is required, preferably in subscription ecommerce. Food experience is a plus but not essential.
