Position Overview: The Global Marketing Director will be a key leader at the company and play an important part in building the BIXBI and Buckley brands. She/he will be ultimately accountable for driving brand revenue using a broad consumer marketing mix that includes traditional, digital and social tactics. This head of marketing will also partner internally with our National Sales Directors to apply strategic thinking and executional excellence to our trade marketing efforts. This position requires a highly motivated individual with strong professional marketing skills, business acumen and interpersonal skills. Additionally, they must have the ability to work cross functionally with the customer service, sales, finance, operations, R&D and logistics teams in strategic planning and execution.
