The media buyer is responsible for direction, management and execution of digital media strategy and tactics across a variety of Echo Boomer Design clients. Additional responsibilities include negotiating media buys with 3rd party vendors, presenting new business opportunities, managing reporting and spend, and collaborating and managing other team members to provide innovative and effective media solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate should feel comfortable planning media strategy and executing media plans within their respective platforms. We are looking for an invested, long-term team member to help shape our dynamic, fast-growing company. Early team members have the opportunity to earn and maintain lucrative leadership positions throughout their tenure at Echo Boomer Design. 

Required Skills

To be considered, candidates must have competency or experience across most of the below areas:

Demonstrated ability to provide unique, ROI focused media plans to small, medium and large businesses.

Understanding and ability to execute basic tracking requirements via Google Tag Manager.

Proficiency executing media plans in Facebook Business Manager and Google Adwords (search and display). Deep understanding of these platforms, campaign types and settings is an absolute requirement. 

Ability to determine and collect data related to key performance indicators, and optimize media accordingly. 

Experience in email marketing and strategy is preferred. Platforms include Klaviyo, MailChimp, and HubSpot.

Ability to work with programmatic display platforms or additional 3rd party vendors (ex: Choozle, Adroll, Reddit, LinkedIn). 

Ability to collaborate well with others in a small, fast-paced team environment. 

Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with a variety of on-site and off-site stakeholders. 

2-4 years of agency or related digital marketing experience is required.
