on / Sight is a full service eCommerce web development agency based in Boulder. We design and build solutions for stores of all shapes and sizes, but focus on high volume direct to consumer brands on the Shopify platform. 

on / Sight is looking for a full-time, front end web developer to join our small team. Expertise in HTML, CSS, Javascript, and jQuery is a must. Bonus points if you have experience in Liquid and Rails. A good understanding of UX Design and the DTC eCommerce world is an even bigger plus. The ideal candidate would be a fast learner, critical / solutions driven thinker, willing to work in a fast-paced but small team, and comfortable speaking directly to clients. 

We offer a very relaxed yet structured work schedule with work from home options, benefits packages and competitive pay based on experience. Must be located in the Boulder / Denver area and willing to come to the office in Boulder 3-4 times a week. We take our work very seriously but also value our lives outside of work.
