• Management of contractor payment process, including reconciliation of payments to signed contracts

• Invoice customers daily through QuickBooks

• Process cash receipts from customers

• Prepare and post journal entries

• Reconcile bank, cash, and credit card transactions daily

• Reviewing employee expense reports for accuracy and processing

• Assist in the monthly and year-end financial close process, including ensuring all costs incurred are properly recorded, preparing account balance reconciliations, and financial statement preparation and analysis

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting required

• Accounting firm experience preferred

• Agriculture or manufacturing experience preferred

• 5+ years of accounting experience required

• GAAP knowledge required

• Must be professional, poised, detail-oriented, highly organized, a self-starter, dependable, able to multi-task
