This job is our first appointment in Denver so you'll need to have the flexibility, initiative and drive to thrive in a small team environment - embracing the variety and opportunity that this presents. You will work closely with the newly seconded US manager and the Head Office team in Scotland to make Spoonfed Denver a great place to build a career. The office is located in WeWork in downtown Denver.

Core Functions:
- On-boarding of new Spoonfed Customers; communicating with Customers and configuring the Setup of Spoonfed in accordance with the Customer’s business requirements,
- Responding quickly and efficiently to Customer support requests via in-App chat and telephone, guiding them to the right answers with good humor.
- Supporting all Spoonfed customers to maximise their results
- Monitoring and striving to improve customer satisfaction
- Other support and general administrative tasks
- Maintenance of internal CRM and other systems in compliance with required standards
Role requirements
- Pleasant with a great attitude and a drive to succeed
- Ability to communicate well, both verbally and in writing
- High degree of IT literacy
Useful
- Previous experience of customer service and support
- Experience in catering / hospitality

Salary: $28,000.00 to $36,000.00 /year
