The Pro’s Closet (TPC) was founded on an obsession with cycling and sustainability. We believe we can make the world a better place by getting more people on bikes, and by repurposing the abundance of high-quality bikes and parts that are already out there. THE ROLE
The Facilities Manager is responsible for overseeing all building-related activities for our Boulder and Westminster locations.   They will be responsible for ensuring the facilities are safe, up to code, and fully operational. The Facilities Manager will also be responsible for managing contractors as well as designing and implementing workflow designs.

The position calls for a high level of attention to detail and consistency. Staying organized in a busy work environment, working individually and as part of a team, and some heavy lifting of 50 lbs or more.

Role includes:

• General building maintenance in Boulder and Westminster including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, office equipment and security systems, etc.
• Equipment maintenance and repair including air compressors, parts washer, air compressors, company vehicles, etc.
• IT Infrastructure and equipment installation and maintenance including ethernet wiring, switches,wireless access points and printers
• Operations workflow design, installation, and implementation
• Ensuring all processes and compliance programs are met
• Negotiating bids and contracts for third party workers

You are excited to work in a high growth business and thrive in a fast-paced environment.  You have high standards, strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail. Facilities maintenance and operations management experience preferred.  You enjoy a team environment, as well as working on your own, and are interested in constantly developing your skills. A clean driving record is required. And obviously, you love bikes.
