What we’ll expect from you and what you will be doing:

• Leveraging both your people and organizational skills to prioritize and systematically address the needs of Go West’s customers with a professional, solution-minded, and friendly demeanor
• Designing and deploying phenomenal network and systems solutions for multiple customers with attention to detail, security and excellence
• Conducting advanced troubleshooting for business platforms, technologies and applications
• Using your detail-focused personality and appreciation of processes to capture pertinent details in ticket notes and customer documentation

Requirements:

• 2 or 4-year degree or equivalent experience in information systems or similar field, and/or applicable industry certifications
• Minimum of 5 years in a Network Engineer or Systems Engineer IT role
• Authorization to work in the US
• Must be able to travel by car to client sites several day per week, loading and unloading equipment up to 30 lbs into the car
• Experience with Linux, Mac, SQL administration, telephony, SharePoint, or Azure a plus (but not required)
