Full Job Description

You are our Director of Influencer Marketing, leading influencer relationships to successfully drive customer acquisition and brand growth. This role requires a strong balance of team development and coaching as well as strategic and operational responsibilities that play a critical role in the growth of Hims and Hers.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and execute paid and organic influencer strategies that ladder up to our marketing campaigns’ objectives.
  • Foster relationships with networks, agencies, agents, and platforms, maintain timelines for deliverables, coordinate product seeding to influencer and direct compelling content.
  • Hire and manage an internal influencer team as well as a suite of agencies responsible for strategy, creative ideation, production and analytics.
  • Leverage data and insights to make strategic decisions, updates and improvements to existing and future partnerships and campaigns.
  • Work in tandem with our many cross-functional partners on Product, Business Development, PR, Operations and Engineering.
  • And any other duties assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Experience working within influencer communities with a proven ability to build and grow these relationships.
  • Extensive knowledge of social platforms and how unique communities, influencers and audiences are using them.
  • Exceptional customer insights and proven success utilizing analytics to provide strategic recommendations and drive concrete action
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, a minimum of 3 in influencer marketing
  • 4-year college degree from an accredited institution
  • Ability to work in a highly collaborative environment, multi-task and participate in team-based planning process.
