We are currently seeking an E-Commerce Digital Designer. This newly developed role will be the key point person between the Creative and E-Commerce teams in the design & development of multi-channel digital content for The Simply Good Foods Company Brands.
This role requires a team player who is self-driven and has experience working with cross-functional teams.

Essential Duties
- Responsible for creating, organizing and maintaining all digital creative assets and content, including product images, banners, lifestyle images, descriptions, nutritional info, bulleted content, A+ pages and brand pages that adhere to company brand standards
- Design elevated creative content across multiple e-commerce retailers that supports integrated marketing, social and PR initiatives
- Take direction from marketing campaigns and product launches to create cohesive online assets. Ensure designs are optimized for mobile, tablet and desktop devices
- Consistently provide innovative and creative ideas, putting forward imaginative alternatives and question traditional approaches
- Collaborate with sales to align on key initiatives and brand sales strategy
- Have a strong understanding of digital product shelf representation, consumer shopping habits and a basic understanding of marketing tactics that drive sales and conversion
- Analyze data regularly to optimize the customer experience and make suggestions and take action to improve conversion rate
- Monitor and conduct site audits regularly for accuracy and consistency. Identify and suggest areas for improvement
- Maintain an active awareness on industry trends, best practices and competitor activity
- Analyze page views, conversion, cross-purchase and other relevant web based KPIs and develop action plan to optimize the path to purchase
Knowledge:
- Advanced level with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign etc.) in a Mac OS environment
- Strong knowledge of web development processes. Online portfolio and work samples must be provided
- Demonstrated knowledge of creating digital assets and some creative copywriting
- Photo editing and retouching
- 3D and video/motion skills a plus

Education  Bachelor’s degree from four year college in related fields required; Business, Marketing, Digital Graphic Design
Experience  3+ years experience working in a consumer goods company in the marketing or merchandising department, preferably in an e-commerce environment. Possession of versatile and original creative flair for visual storytelling and digital audience engagement required.
Experience working with Amazon highly desired
