YOU WILL
- Manage multiple brand channels (email, blog, SEM/SEO), working cross-functionally with stakeholders from PR + Influence + Events + Sales + Marketing + People Ops to translate updates and requests into multimedia content
- Create and manage effective digital campaigns (particularly email, web, SEM) -- both B2B and B2C -- working closely with the rest of the Brand Communications Team and our stakeholders.
- Work closely with our Creative team to brief and create assets for all campaigns, in accordance with our Brand GuidelinesDraft, organize, and execute content that frames and amplify our news, our brand and our team. All content should be astute, compelling, on-brand, channel-specific, and relevant to our core messages and target audiences.
- Work closely with our Business Intelligence and Business Operations teams to report and optimize digital content performance.
- Hold the Comms team accountable to consistent improvement, user-centered strategy, and growth by metrics & analytics.
- Assist in managing and evolving the Impossible™ brandAssist in the development and execution of annual marketing + communications plans.

YOU HAVE
- 3-5 years of experience in a digital marketing roleBA/BS or relevant work experience
- Strong organizational, project management and analytical skills
- Exceptional listening, problem-solving, and verbal and written communications skills
- A passion and proven skill for multimedia storytelling
- Experience working with project management platforms, such as Asana
- Must be well-versed in Microsoft Office, Keynote, and Google Suite. Adobe Suite a plus.
