Full Job Description
Credo’s Social Media Coordinator is a creative, data-driven, forward-thinking social media coordinator who will help grow and engage Credo’s audience. The Social Media Coordinator will hone our strategy for delivering content to our audience across all platforms – with a focus on constant experimentation and thoughtful recalibration based on findings. The role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and business-sense to drive customer acquisition and traffic to the web and the stores through all the social media channels. Partners and coordinates at the strategic and tactical levels with the other functions of Credo. Handles brand partnerships for social and influencer relationships. This is a unique opportunity for someone with an incredible eye for content and creative, a passion for driving consumer engagement, and experience measuring and analyzing performance. The most important characteristic of the Social Media Coordinator is resources is a passion for clean beauty, belief in inclusiveness, concern for the environment, and transparency. Job Responsibilities
- Create and implement a comprehensive social media strategy across all channels
- Responsible for editorial direction, design and production coordination and distribution of all Credo’s social content
- Manage the social media planning across all channels
- Set goals, monitor and report on weekly metrics
- Test everything: Conduct A/B test and analyze results to optimize content and establish best practices across all platforms
- Work with all brands and outside brand partnerships on creating unique content.
- Build an organic community of Credo ambassadors and work with key influencers to increase Credo’s reach across channels
- Partner with Marketing and Design to ensure the creative needs of social channels are met during photo shoot concepting and execution
- Get creative! The role will have the freedom to innovate and create a new path for creative content marketing.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience required, preferred experience using and marketing across social networks, blogs, and content sharing communities
- Manage several projects simultaneously, prioritize appropriately, and drive for results
- Experience in visual and analytical tools and an ability to test and recommend adoption of new tools
- Demonstrated ability to understand and execute impeccably against brand standards; keen eye for on-brand creative
- Extremely detail-oriented, outstanding organizational and analytical skills
- Proven ability to build relationships, work effectively independently, and in a team environment
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- High degree of initiative to drive projects to completion and energy and passion to succeed
- Flexibility with tasks asked outside of the job description (we are a start up after all)
