Brief Summary of Job
Full Job Description

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated, and detail-oriented individual to join the ORGANIC INDIA USA sales team in the role of Sales Support/Trade Deduction Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Purchase Order entry
  • Monitor and track shipments
  • Process order discrepancies
  • Manage and process sample requests from sales team, brokers and customers
  • Track, manage and communicate inventory out-of-stocks
  • Investigate, analyze, and process outstanding customer (trade) deductions and chargebacks
  • Responsible for the timely, accurate entry and maintenance of trade promotions including spoilage, cash discounts, promotional discounts, rebates, product returns, freight claims, and other adjustments taken by customers
  • Research and validate customer trade deductions and dispute as necessary
  • Maintain appropriate tracking of trade disputes and resolutions
  • Perform special projects as assigned

Education and/or Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree and at least three years related work experience
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers and the general public
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw conclusions
  • Strong spreadsheet, computer and internet skills are required.
  • Previous EDI experience is a plus
  • Experience with UNFI & KeHE order processing and deductions is also a plus
