We offer a no-cost system that helps regulatory boards achieve 100% audit compliance and paperless CE processes. EverCheck, CE Broker's sister company, is an automated system for license verification that provides ongoing monitoring of healthcare licenses. These licenses are verified daily, complying with Joint Commission & DNV Healthcare standards and safeguarding organizations against licensure issues. We specialize in monitoring licenses for medical staff, nursing, and other allied health professions. In addition to state licenses, EverCheck remains all inclusive by also offering this automated service to help monitor national certifications issued by national certifying bodies.
EverCheck is looking for a tech-savvy Quality Control Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time position in our downtown Boulder office. To best serve our clients, hours are 9am-6pm Monday - Friday.

This position is vital in our ongoing effort to provide a top-notch SaaS product. We care deeply about the success of our partners and believe strongly in doing right by the client. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for excellent client service and an analytical mind.

Your Day-to-Day:
- Test our software to ensure new and existing processes are running as they should be
- Communicate project needs to our programming team
- Work directly with our account management team to track and respond to incidents
- Assist with implementing new accounts to ensure we create interfaces at the specification of the clients' needs
- Report programming bugs to developers
- Review accounts to help hospitals clean up their data, problem solve along with the EverCheck Quality Assurance Manager
- Stay up-to-date with new software updates within EverCheck
What You Bring To The Team:
- Energy and enthusiasm! We want to work with people who are as excited about life as we are!
- Exceptional skills in both written and verbal communication
- Master of Excel! (Or maybe becoming a master at Excel is on your Bucket List!)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- High attention to detail
- Experience in a business environment
- Associate’s degree required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
- If you have a cool talent like breakdancing, magic, or opera singing that would be fun to see.
