The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for the development and execution of digital marketing and E-commerce initiatives. This position will focus on driving website and Amazon revenue, enhancing the online customer experience and optimizing digital advertising campaigns. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this position will be both the day to day executor and strategic thinker, and will accomplish goals by designing and delivering solutions that support the company’s overall objectives.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Own the digital marketing plan and budget to ensure the marketing department’s and company’s goals are met.
- Manage digital agencies by providing strategy and direction for all multi-channel digital marketing programs, inclusive of PPC, display, paid social, web development, SEO, Amazon advertising and email marketing.
- Utilize creative thinking and data driven strategies to develop digital programs that will strengthen the consumer journey and grow the E-commerce business, specifically on Amazon and madeinnature.com.
- Plan and manage online promotion calendars and accompanying advertising campaigns.
- Analyze and optimize content and product listings across Amazon and madeinnature.com to ensure all digital content is consistent with Made In Nature’s brand identity and positioning.
- Work with the broader marketing team to develop high-level creative campaigns that effectively communicate the brand’s positioning and key messaging points to the target audience.
- Monitor competitive activity and stay current on best practices and trends to build a best in class digital marketing and E-Commerce program.
- Measure and report on performance and learnings of all digital initiatives and present results to the executive and sales teams.
- Collaborate with the Customer Service team to manage the brand’s online reputation and build brand advocacy.
Qualifications & Competencies:Â
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field
- A demonstrated understanding of digital advertising and ecommerce strategies
- Minimum 3-5 years digital marketing experience, agency and/or brand side
- CPG experience required
- A passion for organic food and healthy lifestyle
- Self-motivated and independent worker, but can also work collaboratively with teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organization skills with high attention to detail
- Strong analytical, reporting and presentation skills
- Ability to contribute at both a strategic and tactical level
- Creative with an eye for design
- Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Analytics, Google Display Network, Facebook Business Manager, Amazon DSP, Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Vendor Central or similar is a plus
