Primary responsibilities for the Administration and Relationship Support position include:

- Supporting relationship and fundraising activities such as processing donations and formatting proposals and presentations.

- Using and maintaining a contact relationship management database to generate mailing lists and distribute communications to our community.

- Identifying and writing proposals for new foundation grants, locally and nationally.

- Managing and entering data related to events (invite lists, RSVPs, attendee registration, etc.).

- Identifying and applying for awards to publicly recognize and appreciate Scholars, alums, donors, staff, and volunteers for their impact and service.

- Administering human resource functions, including employee benefits, hiring processes, new employee onboarding, performance reviews, and internal events.

- Managing and ordering office supplies.

- Collaborating with our IT provider as needed to coordinate phones, computers, and systems for all Associates, including setting up new offices in expansion locations.

- Filing required operational documentation with local, state, and federal agencies.

- Training other Associates on systems to ensure consistency and quality control.

- A bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university is mandatory
