The Compliance Manager ensures High Grade Hemp Seed’s compliance with federal and state regulations, policies, and procedures in the hemp industry. This position monitors federal and state changes, and communicates those changes so that the Company is aware of any impacts. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to, developing a database to capture all regulatory and compliance information, reporting regulatory or legal concerns, building relationships with regulatory and compliance agencies, reporting on and helping to resolve any regulatory incidents and/or violations, and other duties as assigned.
