HempFusion is looking for Sales Assistant /Customer Support Representative to provide support to both our customers and our sales and marketing teams. You’ll be responding to customers requests and maintaining data in our CRM and ERP software. This position also helps organize and maintain marketing materials. We are a rapidly growing company, and need someone who thrives on providing excellent customer service in an evolving role.Â

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer and sales requests via telephone, email, and/or digital communications.
- Assist with supporting investor relations team’s Marketing efforts
- Assist sales team in setting up new customers in databases.
- Maintain customer databases and ensure accuracy of data transfers.
- Assist with materials management.
- Assist in trade promotion maintenance for assigned accounts.
- Maintain customer contacts and promotional calendars.
- Manage customer portals and use internal CRM and order fulfillment systems.
- Assist sales team with presentations, promotional items, and product samples.
- Lead projects and process efficiency initiatives for assigned accounts.
- Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
- 3-5 years’ experience in consumer products sales and/or customer support environment.
- Proficient in GSuite and Microsoft suites with excellent Excel skills.
- Proficient in Fishbowl.
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM Software.
- 1-2 years of CPG experience.
Personal Attributes:
- Self-starter and independent thinker with strong collaborative skills with the ability to contribute in a variety of ways.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and juggle competing priorities.
- High attention to detail and strong organization skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Hemp/Cannabis industry experience.
- Understanding of the Endocannabinoid system and Biology.
- Customer Relationship Management software.
