Cuyana is looking for a Customer Experience (Service) Associate based out of our Distribution Center in West Oakland.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Quickly and thoroughly respond and solve customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat
  • Communicate with customers in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner
  • Cuyana customers deserve the best- team members will do what it takes, with reason, to provide amazing service
  • Help customers with orders, returns, and exchanges
  • Show a positive attitude in all communications
  • Build out and fine-tune customer experience processes
  • Develop new customer experience programs to set Cuyana’s customer experience apart

REQUIREMENTS: 

  • 1- 3+ years of customer service experience
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Passionate about helping customers
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Ability to collaborate & work well with others
  • Positive, go –getter attitude
  • Self-starter, proactive and resourceful
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Kustomer and Talkdesk experience is a plus
  • Thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
