Cuyana is looking for an Associate Project Manager to join our Creative team in our Corporate Office located in SF Union Square.

We are searching for a smart, highly organized candidate who is detail oriented. This role is responsible for assisting our Project Director/Creative Producer with coordinating creative team workflow and photo shoots from start to finish. This position will also interface with other departments to ensure projects are completed efficiently and delivered in a comprehensive, accurate, and timely fashion. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage projects for digital marketing, catalogs, e-comm and other creative needs
• Work cross-functionally with marketing team 
• Work closely with team leads to manage approvals and ensure efficient workflow and handoffs between cross-functional teams
• Manage project timelines 
• Make sure all deliverables meet a high quality standard 
• Keep various departments informed of relevant details for projects
• Assist in preparing for campaign photo shoots and provide on-site support for seasonal e-comm shoots in our studio 
• Give Back - at Cuyana we help out each other especially during the peak season at retail and community volunteer events

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 1-2 years experience as a project manager 
• Experience working closely with a creative team
• Enjoys working with a close knit team
• Brings novel solutions to the table 
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
• Time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Can handle a fast paced environment, work under pressure and prioritize tasks in a compressed time frame
• Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit to adapt to evolving business needs
• Interest in working in a creative, collaborative environment
