OBJECTIVE
We are looking for someone bursting with creativity that harbors a love for data and testing. Reporting to the Director of Performance Marketing, the Digital Marketing Associate is responsible for supporting Serena & Lily’s national paid social and paid search campaigns. The Associate will partner with our agency and must be experienced in paid search (SEM), paid social, and programmatic display marketing tactics. In this role, the Associate will work cross functionally with internal and external partners on overall strategies, implementing CRM initiatives, creative development, creative flighting, onboarding of new partners, and overseeing the day-to-day management of the paid search marketing (SEM) and paid social efforts. This role fills a critical function within the growing Performance Marketing team and will be supported by cross functional team members.
PAID SEARCH

- Work with SEM agency to manage and execute paid search and shopping campaigns across all search networks.
- Assist in paid search budget and sales goal creation and forecast management.
- Oversee agency’s management of paid search campaigns to maximize their efficiency and deliver or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets within budget.
- Execute testing plan for paid search in partnership with ECommerce team including tests for image type, query matching rules, landing page optimizations, and general sales lift by audience.
- Work directly with search engine representatives (Google, Bing) to take advantage of new offerings, tests as well as acquire ideas for building efficient scale and solicit performance data for program optimization.
- Mine keyword data on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis to uncover new areas of opportunity or program threats.
- Utilize DeepSearch, Domo, and Google Analytics to analyze landing pages, support SEO efforts, and design tests.
- Responsible for monthly billing and accrual process for SEM with the help of greater Performance Marketing team.
PAID SOCIAL/DISPLAY

- Execute ad creative A/B testing roadmap for paid social in partnership with the Creative team and greater Performance Marketing team.
- Create actionable creative feedback reporting template and present findings on the weekly and quarterly basis to the Creative team and other cross-functional partners to inform new ad iterations.
- Assist in creating ad theme/concept testing plan, based on prior ad performance and competitive research.
- Assist in paid social budget and sales goal creation and forecast management.
- Manage and track daily performance of ads in platform, including creative management, audience targeting, bids, and budgets.
- Manage lower funnel marketing tactics, such as programmatic tests and product-based retargeting.
- Serve as primary point of contact for paid social and programmatic partner representatives.
- Conduct quarterly competitive analysis, synthesize findings, and present recommendations to the greater Marketing team.
GENERAL

- Work with internal and external teams to optimize product feed for use product-based marketing efforts (PLAs, DPAs, Email, Display Retargeting).
- Streamline reporting received from agencies and internal sources to compile a broader picture of performance.
- Participate in attribution projects spanning all marketing channels.
- Share learnings throughout the organization and foster a collaborative test and learn environment.
- Communicate with internal teams as well as extensive collaboration with Customer Experience, Ecommerce, & Merchandising team around store openings, new products and other marketable initiatives.
- Assist in creation of weekly channel reporting for paid search, paid social, and programmatic display.
QUALIFICATIONS

- Qualifications 1-4 years of Performance/Digital Marketing experience within SEM and Paid Media with agency or brand side experience.
- Successful track record of increasing acquisition retention and conversions while managing against goals.
- Ability to collect data, analyze trends, identify strategic recommendations, and present findings.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Organized, self-motivated, detail-oriented, with a strong sense of accountability.
- Strong multi-tasker who pays close attention to detail and is a natural problem-solver.
- Proficient with Excel, SQL a plus.
- Certification in Google AdWords is a plus.
- Experience with Domo, Looker, Marin Software, Kenshoo, or Adobe Analytics is a plus.
- BA/BS Degree.
