Your role is responsible for exploring, understanding, and documenting current systems and processes always looking for how to improve the company. The focus for this role will be on the Supply Chain Systems, exploring the systems for processes for procuring, transporting, and fulfilling inventory, but there will be opportunities to explore all aspects of the supply chain. You will perform detailed requirements analysis, document existing processes, develop ideas for improving processes, gain consensus on these improvements, help direct automating and implementing the new processes, perform user acceptance testing and help with change management. Serena and Lily has been experiencing phenomenal growth over the last 4 consecutive years, so this role is pivotal to help ensure we effectively manage the continued rapid growth. To succeed in this role, you should have a natural analytical way of thinking and be able to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users. You must have a positive attitude and enjoy problem-solving, both independently and in a team-oriented environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Evaluate business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
- Understanding the capabilities of the systems in place, and recommending ways to leverage those capabilities while automating and simplifying processes.
- Develop detailed requirements for technical teams. Work closely with those teams to ensure the developed features meet the requirements.
- Document and communicate the results of your efforts.
- Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
- Perform user acceptance testing.
- Update, implement and maintain procedures.
- Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users.
QUALIFICATION:
- A bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in systems .
- Experience with Supply Chain Systems including Warehouse Management, Shipping, Supply Chain Visibility, Supply Chain Execution and Logistics systems (both inbound and outbound) is a definite advantage.
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Curiosity into how things are done and why, with a natural desire to improve how things are done and eliminate unproductive tasks.
- Demonstrated success in analyzing and documenting complex business processes and distilling them to find elegance in simplicity .
- Demonstrated experience in creating data and process maps/flows.
- The ability to work closely with stakeholders to determine acceptable solutions.
- Experience in working with software development teams.
- Excellent documentation skills.
- Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
- Competency in Confluence, Jira, Visio, Word and Excel.
- A track record of following through on commitments.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
- A history of supporting successful projects.
