SUMMARY
Purely Elizabeth is seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Service Coordinator to serve as the liaison between Purely Elizabeth and our customers. The Customer Service Coordinator must possess strong organizational skills, creative problem solving and critical thinking in order to succeed in our fast-paced, highly dynamic environment. This position will report to the Vice President of Operations
ROLES + RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee customer order process from order receipt through fulfillment
- Verify customer order pricing/promo accuracy
- Provide customers with order confirmation and communication regarding delays/shorts as necessary
- Oversee relationships and operations with 3PL and freight partners
- Manage 3PL and freight partners to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Monitor 3PL Inventory levels, communicate Inventory-related Issues with Supply Chain team
- Communicate (timely and effectively) with customers about order delays and Issues
- Work with Accounting team to resolve deductions and freight claims
- Manage relationship with EDI provider
- Setup new customers with EDI provider
- Setup new 3PL with EDI provider
- Maintain data accuracy for all EDI-related touch points
- Manage relationship with direct wholesale customers and distributor buyers
- Support cross-functional team as necessary
- Assist with project work as necessary
REQUIREMENTS
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 2+ years of customer service experience in related CPG environment
- Highly motivated, action-oriented and can work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethic, flexible, hands-on and can adapt quickly
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation and influencing skills to work effectively with all stakeholders
- Creative problem-solver and conceptual thinker with an ability to understand and leverage detail-oriented and analytical issues as needed
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to influence business partners
