Full Job Description

We are looking for a strong up and coming leader to join the Agile Partnering team. Their job will be to grow the Agile Partnering client base and ensure client delight. Agile Partnering is an innovative staffing and recruiting partner to tech companies in the Denver/Boulder area. We find great talent for our clients and have a heart to make hiring easy for them. For the person who successfully grows the company and displays the values of our culture, their next career path step will be to take over as President and GM of Agile Partnering, ideally within a 12-month timeframe.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Grow Agile’s client base by operating as individual sales contributor, later building a sales team.
  • Ensure strong recruiting delivery first by managing a small team and acting as an individual contributor and then growing the recruiting team.
  • Embody and lead Agile’s cultural values of Love, Trust, Disruption, and Results.
  • Take on P&L and additional management responsibilities as time goes on.

  • Generating strong gross margin as sales person in tech recruiting sector

  • Can articulate what they want from the career (strong and clear ambition).
  • Is dedicated to achieving success by leading in a values-based, servant leader style.
  • Is willing to accept and give candid feedback—positive and negative—to accelerate personal growth in themselves and others.
  • Has proven experience with wearing multiple hats and the desire to work in a small company where they will help with all aspects of recruiting, sourcing, sales, and management as needed.
