Reporting directly to the CMO, the USA Marketing Manager is a marketing generalist who is ready to take the next step in their marketing career. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, a strong communicator and cross-functional collaborator, an experienced campaign manager and exceptional event coordinator, passionate about understanding and solving customer and sales needs, and ready to be a strong public brand evangelist.
Specifically, we are looking for a highly motivated Marketing Manager who is ready to implement full-cycle marketing programs (brand awareness, lead generation, customer engagement and retention programs) with a strong return on investment. Your daily workout
General:
- Localize global brand campaigns for your country market and maintain the owned channels of your country market with the support of the Global Marketing Team.
- Create an annual & quarterly marketing campaign and events plans to help us increase brand awareness, attract quality leads, validate key segments and accelerate topline revenue.
- Stay up to speed on USA fitness market trends.
- Be the USA eGym brand advocate, sales support, and messaging expert (segment solution messages and value propositions).
- Set key performance indicators and communicate priorities, timelines, success and earnings to key stakeholders.
- Arm the US Sales team with targeted feedback loop and tracking processes to measure success and impact for all materials, programs and events.
Field Marketing:
- Work closely with Sales, Customer Success. and Operations teams to develop the overall USA annual event plans, strategies, budget, and measurement for 10-15 events/year.
- Responsible for the premium end-to-end event journey, including planning, executing, measuring success, and hosting retrospectives for improvement.
- Mostly domestic travel for event execution, management, and onsite photoshoots. ~10 trips/year.
Lead Generation and Brand Promotion:
- Work with Global Demand Generation, USA Sales Ops, and Global Product Marketing to develop and deeply understand USA target customer segmentation, pipeline, and growth targets.
- Work with Global Product & Brand Marketing to refine company and product value propositions and translate them to USA short and long term ROI benefits for each customer segment.
- Work with Global Demand Generation to Identify, leverage, and measure funnel and brand awareness impact opportunities for all USA marketing channels and touchpoints - pre and post sales. (landing pages, ad campaigns, email nurtures, events, social media, direct marketing, PR)
Develop and Deploy Targeted Sales and Customer Messages and Tools:
- With the support of Global Product Marketing, implement ROI-based, target segment value propositions and benefit focused sales support kits/materials aligning to the global eGym brand. (sales kits and playbooks to include, but not limited to: Pitch decks, Product Overviews, Sell Sheets, Case Studies, Testimonials/Videos, Tech Sheets, Product Blogs, White papers, Speaking points, etc)
- Partner closely with Global Brand and customer success team to develop segmented post sales success materials and programs that empower the gym owner to achieve identified success and member adoption. (In-Gym Marketing Materials and Launch Events)
- Working with Global Brand Marketing, be the eGym expert on eGym Global Brand and all USA unique selling propositions (USP) .
Your fitness level
- Self-starter
- Detail and Solution-oriented
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
- Strong project management ability
- 2+ years of relevant working experience in marketing, event management, communications, or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Proven experience in managing and measuring successful marketing campaigns and events
- Strong attention to detail with a “can do” personality and the ability to thrive in a growth environment
- Experience developing sales took kits, presentations, and speaking points that target ideal customers and align with the sales process
- Fitness industry experience a plus
- Fluent in German a bonus
- Have a “testing” mentality - constantly trying new things, failing fast, and learning from your mistakes
- Strong interest in seeing through data to make recommendations to improve strategies and tactics
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in both an in-person and remote environment
