Role and Responsibilities

The Stages Marketing Coordinator will report directly to the Global Marketing Director and will work out of our Boulder, Colorado office.  The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience with a range of marketing duties including events activation, social media and digital marketing campaigns and general marketing duties as needed.

  • Manage trade show and event presence including travel, logistics, staff, and onsite activation
  • Coordinate product samples and assets for photo shoots, athletes and events
  • Assist in creation of content for email, blogs, video, social media and ecommerce.
  • Support Sports Marketing in brand ambassador/athlete management and activation across all platforms
  • Support Social Media manager in applying best practices intended to grow our social media channels
  • Report on consumer insights and product feedback from all points of consumer interaction
  • Work with Stages global partners to coordinate the sharing of assets and mange partner opportunities.
  • Coordinate marketing calendars and timelines for marketing activations, events and product launches including creative deadlines.
  • Coordinate social media calendar and content requirements on multiple platforms
  • Other relevant tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • BS Degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, English or related field preferred
  • 1-3 years’ experience working in a marketing role at a consumer direct brand preferred
  • Fluency in email and social media communication on multiple platforms
  • Solid Copywriting skills
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
  • Experience with MailChimp, WordPress, Google Analytics, Amazon Marketplace, Adobe Creative Suites a plus
  • High level of flexibility and creative problem solving.
  • Proven ability to persevere through challenging and diligent work.
  • Ability to sit or stand and type at a computer
  • Ability to read and interpret documents including email communication.  Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.  Ability to speak effectively with customers or employees of Foundation Fitness/Stages Cycling.
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts and percentages.  Ability to apply concepts of basic math.

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.  Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Preferred Skills

Experience in the cycling or outdoor industry

Supervisory Responsibility

This position does not have any supervisory responsibility.

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. This position may require overtime.

Travel

Some travel will be required for this role.
