Summary of Role
Anthesis is the sustainability activator, a rapidly growing global sustainability services and solutions provider. We are seeking a motivated individual to support North America marketing initiatives and to help manage our Boulder office, where the North America business is headquartered.
This role will be based in our Boulder office, reporting primarily to the North America Marketing Manager, with a dotted line to the North America Financial Controller for office management and internal communications. This role will also benefit from being part of a global marketing team, offering collaboration with marketing colleagues based in the UK.
Key Responsibilities
North America Marketing
- Content editing, publishing – web pages, guides, blogs
- Help with creating case studies – coordination, copywriting, and promotion
- PR in North America – helping send out thought leadership to win media coverage
- Identifying and applying for NA awards and top lists
- Support with development of proposals and presentation content
- Creating standardized templates, ensuring consistent brand adoption in all materials
Anthesis Client Network (ACN) – our online client collaboration portal
- General platform management support – keeping platform up-to-date
- Documentation: writing user & admin guides and keeping documentation updated
- Coordination support on ACN events and follow-up
- Working with subject leads to build out ACN content
Office Management and Communication Support
- Managing vendors, ordering office supplies, managing office tech, coordination social events
- Organizing meetings, virtual or in-person
- Ad-hoc administration support to President and other senior executives
- Coordinating and scheduling of internal communications as needed
- Supporting recruitment campaigns
- Provide local coordination for the onboarding and induction of new hires
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or similarly relevant subject preferred;
- Demonstrable passion for, and commitment to, improving sustainability;
- Ability to think and work independently, while also being an enthusiastic and proactive team player;
- Clear and concise written communications;
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality;
- Exceptional organization and time management skills;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of tools (advanced PowerPoint skills a plus);
- Proficiency in Adobe suite of tools is a plus (InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro);
- Familiarity with CRM and Marketing Automation software is a plus (HubSpot or NetSuite in particular)
