The Accountant oversees all accounting-related activities, including high-level accounting, managerial accounting, and finance activities. Responsible for payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting. Manage policy and procedure compliance and ongoing maintenance of HR practices. The Accountant monitors the financial performance of the organization. This role focuses on and supports the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the Accounting, Finance and HR. Develops financial procedures and directs their implementation. Manages financial controls in accordance with the company’s procedures. Communicates financial metrics to VP of Operations and the Executive Director.
