Responsibilities
- Working with Technician Manager and Asst. Technician manager to identify needed parts and consumable items.
- Implementing inventory system to maintain stock levels.
- Conducting a regular inventory and correcting discrepancies.
- Monitoring inventory levels and replenishing consumables, parts, and tools.
- Ordering parts for problem bikes and pairing with bike for service.
- Reaching out to vendor partners to get replacement proprietary parts.
- Forecasting quantities and working with purchasing dept. to procure bulk buys.
- Upholding standards of organization and cleanliness within the department.
- Extensive knowledge of bicycle maintenance procedures, parts, and tools.
- 2+ yrs  bicycle service shop experience.
- High attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to work in a fast paced production type environment.
