Thorne Nature Experience is looking for a Business Operations Director who will work in partnership with the Executive Director and Thorne’s Directors and Managers to ensure the successful implementation of Thorne’s strategic plan which calls for growth and diversification of the organization’s financial resources and programming. The Business Operations Director’s primary functions include: support Trustees, Directors, and Managers with business strategy to ensure the organization and its programs provide a maximum return on investment (both financial and mission); prepares and manages the organization’s annual budget and operations plan; plans and manages cash flow; directs bookkeeping; directs financial controls, reporting, and auditing; assists with the financial components of foundation and government grant compliance; and directs human resources and administrative operations.
