Position: Customer Service Manager

What You Will Do
As Customer Service Manage, you will be responsible for communicating with our customers as well as our consumers. This will entail proactively working with our customers on delivery of orders to meet the customers’ needs to the highest standards. You will work closely with our internal operations and sales teams to ensure accurate and timely communications. This means a high level of detail and follow-through to ensure Ancient Harvest and Pamela’s delivers outstanding customer service.
Specifically, you will:
- Manage customers’ orders for all Ancient Harvest and Pamela’s product portfolio. Our major customers are UNFI, Walmart, Kehe, Kroger, as well as many other customers.
- Work closely with our production planners, logistics specialist and 3rd party warehouse to prioritize orders or production plans.
- Proactively communicate with customers on order cuts, shorts, delays or any other issues.
- Manage Amazon orders via Amazon Vendor Central and Amazon Seller Central.
- Communicate with our internal sales teams on supply related issues.
- Troubleshoot issues with orders such as EDI errors
- Manually enter orders for smaller customers not using EDI.
- Respond to inquiries from our consumers on product questions or issues in a timely manner. This will be via email and phone calls.
- Participate on new product innovation plans
- Communicate inventory issues to the sales team, brokers and internal stakeholders.
- Work with finance to manage any issue with order processing.

Minimum qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a customer service, logistics or supply chain role.
- Experience managing customer expectations.
- Experience working with 3PL logistics companies.
- Knowledge with accounting/ ERP/EDI system and maintaining accurate date in systems.
- Experience working and thriving in a very lean environment.
Preferred
- Experience at a consumer-packaged goods business in a customer service role
- Experience in Macola/Agility or similar ERP systems
- BS Degree or equivalent experience
