Vice President of Finance

• Assist the CEO with the management of the financial affairs of the Company. Your responsibilities in this regard will include the preparation of financial analyses of operations, including interim and final financial statements with supporting schedules, for the guidance of management in making educated economic decisions about the Company’s future.
• Oversee the activities of the Accounting Department and all financial aspects of the Company for the accurate and timely dissemination of financial management reports including, but not limited to, internal and external monthly financial statements, and annual audits and annual budgets.
• Ensure the accurate and timely processing of Accounts Payable, purchase orders, petty cash, core employee expense reports, cash control, payroll processing and total corporate payroll tax compliance.
• Ensure the accurate and timely management of all Accounts Receivable aging components including billings, cash receipts application, etc;
• Ensure the accurate and timely management of all inventory, including the development and implementation of control systems for Inventory held at both Made In Nature and third party locations.
• Management of all payroll functions within the Company including quarter and year-end payroll closing including federal and state reports.
• Support the CEO in the management of the Company’s 401(k) program and compliance with the Company’s reporting responsibilities in respect thereof.
• Manage the Company’s income tax and other tax compliance requirements to assure the accurate and timely completion of all returns/filings.
• Manage of all Company insurance policies
• Track and manage Company assets.
• Establish and maintain systems and controls which verify the integrity of all systems, processes and data, and enhance the Company's value.
• Directly carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the Company’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring and training direct reports as necessary; planning, assigning and directing their work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining them as appropriate; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
• Manage the Company’s IT systems
• Respond to the CEO with accurate and timely work to facilitate analysis of the financial
  needs of the Company.
• Manage the Company’s banking relationship with PNC Bank
• Performance/production of special projects and/or reports assigned by the CEO.
• Other duties, as assigned by the CEO.
