The Director of Ecommerce and Digital Marketing is a key strategic role at “I and love and you.” Our goal is continued growth in our existing ecommerce business, and acceleration of our emerging DTC stream. You bring a passion for digital marketing and technology, and you’ll be tasked with accelerating overall brand growth, while maximizing conversion across our wholesale and DTC ecommerce channels. We need someone that can build and execute a strategic acquisition plan, has a comprehensive understanding of metrics tied to marketing tactics, and is meticulous with their budget. This role will work cross-functionally to drive revenue and profit objectives and shape the brand’s digital presence, while maintaining a best-in-class customer experience across all touchpoints. The role will interface directly with pure play ecom and service partners, so strong interpersonal skills and business savvy are important.
