Fall River, an Alera Group Company, is seeking a Health Care Analyst & Client Service Specialist to join their Employee Benefits team.

Fall River is a fast-paced employee benefits brokerage in the Lower Highlands near Downtown Denver, with the mission of being the most innovative and proactive broker in this market. 

What we’ll expect from you and the wide variety of things you'll be doing:

  • Harnessing your organizational skills and diligence to manage multiple priorities received from teammates and clients
  • Sharing your passion for excellent customer service, solution-oriented thinking, and outstanding active listening, written, and verbal communication skills while you research and resolve their claims/insurance issues
  • Leveraging your excellent math, analytical and logic skills to prepare financial analyses, reports, and calculations that ensure Fall River Client Managers present the best possible benefit solutions to our clients
  • Using your technical aptitude and attention to detail to configure our online enrollment technology, which enables clients to have a paperless experience
  • Assisting in preparation for benefits open enrollment and other employee education meetings (Powerpoint presentations, Benefit Guides, etc.), to ensure the Client Managers crush it at clients’ enrollment meetings
  • Collaborating with the rest of the Fall River team and contributing your ideas on best practices, your deep knowledge of insurance carrier plans and rules, and how to ensure an amazing experience for our clients

Requirements

  • Authorization to work in the US
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum two years’ experience in a similar role (administrative, junior account management, customer service, etc.) that required great attention to detail
  • Solid math and logic skills required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications preferred
  • Ability to work well under deadlines, prioritize, and proactively communicate / manage expectations along the way
  • Experience in health insurance, financial, or similar industry preferred, but not required
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a major plus, but absolutely not required
