Our mission is to enable restaurants to offer the same quality items for both gluten and gluten free foods, and for diners to not be able the difference. 

Brief Summary of Job
Full Job Description

As the New Products Launch Manager, you will be working with a small team to take a developed and successfully commercialized product line and transition that to a retail model.  The following skills would be key:

  • insight into the gluten-free/natural foods retail industry, trends, future market challenges and opportunities
  • experience with multiple ecommerce platforms and sales models, including alternate market channels (QVC, brick & mortar, private label, etc.)
  • familiarity with gluten free foods (history, quality issues, challenges, customer experience, buyer motivation)
  • familiarity with retail food distribution and logistics
  • highly proficient in managing full marketing approach, including social media/online channels, working with complementary channels to expand reach
  • the skill and patience to explain and assist others as we move from a 100% wholesale model to one that includes the retail space
  • the ability to document, research and replicate successful strategies so that this can be applied to further products as we grow
  • an in-depth understanding of the home-chef demographic, the gluten free consumer and customer experience and decision-making
  • flexibility: this cannot be stressed enough. We are a very small team, we work on a very lean budget. If you are looking for benefits and a full-time gig, this is probably not a good fit as we are still in the start-up phase.  Work would be done remotely, but may require some hours in our home-based office space for collaboration, reviews, etc.
  • Depending on your level of experience, ability to get this going quickly and successfully, this could be a temporary gig, or one that transitions to more of a product/sales manager role until the next new product is ready to role out.  Again, flexibility is key.
