This is a position that relies heavily on great communication skills, computer skills, and organizational skills. It is important that this person be able to create and maintain good relationships with our customers and sales staff. This person will perform Sales and Customer Service duties to maintain a ZENTS branded experience for all Web and Wholesale Customers. Additional Skills Needed • Able to communicate kindly and clearly via phone, email, and in person. • Able to learn new software platforms as well as perform on multiple computer software platforms, including but not limited to Microsoft Office Excel, Word, Outlook, Fishbowl (Order Entry and Invoice Software), Other platforms include Google Drive, Slack, Drop Box, and Zoom. • Able to work with other people in the organization as well independently on projects.
