JOB SUMMARY

The Senior Manager of Digital Media and Design is a newly created position and a core part of the Marketing and Communications team, supporting all departments of the Center. Skilled in graphic design and digital media best practices, the Senior Manager will translate ideas into concepts that engage and inspire.

The role is responsible for both the design and distribution strategies for visual marketing materials to enhance our mission and impact in the digital environment. Strategies include interactive website design for improved engagement, employing key video assets for shareable or paid media, natively digital design for education and outreach materials to enhance the learning experience, and provide channel strategies for increased digital distribution footprint.

The Marketing and Communications team strongly supports the education and outreach initiatives and the office of the CEO in creating multimedia summary materials for the Olympic & Paralympic Movement constituents and in collaboration with select partners. The right person for this role has a varied background in the visual arts, and the science of digital media practices, is highly motivated, flexible, detail-oriented and a team player.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute as part of the Marketing and Communications team an evolving digital media content and outreach strategy.
- Conceptualize layout and design Center educational tool kits, and outreach materials for digital distribution.
- Create multiple, connected visual assets reflecting the Center’s education, policy, response and resolution and audit and compliance agendas to support Marketing and Communications campaigns to better inform audiences on abuse awareness and easy to use prevention tools and resources.
- Oversee paid media campaigns, SEO and Google Analytics teaming with the Assistant Brand Manager. Report on key results and other predetermined KPIs and analytics on a regular basis, such as website traffic, conversion, and bounce rates, etc.
- Design and share relevant social media content which supports the objectives of education and outreach goals for the Center and those of select partners.
- Create landing pages and other conversion opportunities connecting paid media, CRM and website analytics and coach team members on best practices and KPI development.
- Liaison with website design and hosting vendor to manage website maintenance contract, plugins, or custom coding needs.
- Establish production schedules with key stakeholders, through the Center’s creative productivity tools and keep project production and program launch on schedule.
- Evolves experiential learning by understanding trends to keep graphic content engaging and relevant; provide recommendations on trending topics, products, and best practices.
- Select, operate, and maintain inventory of media productivity tools and digital assets.
- Hire and supervise external vendors and freelancers as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, visual arts, graphic design communications, advertising, or  related credentialed certificates
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a digital marketing role, and minimum of 3 years of graphic design foundation experience either in-house or at an advertising or media agency
- Measurable track record of success in a digital marketing role and experience creating brand awareness and website visibility and audience acquisition
- Strong working knowledge of SEO principles including keyword research and Google Suite and Analytics
- Experience with email marketing
- Proficient on a PC computer and have high level of proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator
- Experience with WordPress page development and plugins to provide new features and efficiencies for guiding audiences to relevant content
- Highly Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Power Point, and Excel
- A portfolio/website that supports the above qualifications

- Some knowledge of cyber security and privacy onlineÂ
- Experience with ADA compliance
- Multi-lingual
