The Hardware Co-op Account Representative drives Nite Ize growth through sales to independent hardware retail accounts and by attending trade shows.
Duties and responsibilities
Utilize the Nite Ize sales process to maximize sales and profits with a list of current customers.
Maximize sales of new product following bi-annual New Product Launch via a structured sample process and outbound sales call plans.
Become an authority on Nite Ize product, programs, and market positioning.
Schedule reorder follow-ups to maximize peg velocity and maintain display inventory and brand presence at existing retailers.
Follow up on new leads to cultivate new business and develop loyal customers.
Work directly with the Hardware Sales Director to achieve revenue and volume objective targets for each month, quarter, and year.
Provide ongoing customer service and retention on existing accounts.
Attend Trade Shows and events to drive sales with new and existing customers.
Promote and support the B2B online ordering initiative by encouraging customer use of the B2B online ordering system.
Manage daily tasks via CRM Sales Cloud including sample orders, leads, and account opportunities.
Develop an in-depth knowledge of each customer and understanding of specific needs and expectations to capture sales opportunities.
Leverage JDA planogram design process to increase focus on sales programs.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.Â
0-2 years sales or related experience.
Track record of outstanding customer service skills.
Experience with a CRM Sales Cloud system required. Oracle Sales Cloud preferred.
Must have a high level of energy and enthusiasm to be successful in your role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office:Â Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint required.
Proficiency in written and verbal communication a must.
Proven track record of follow-through on account management.Â
Must be able to work effectively and balance multiple priorities in an extremely fast-paced environment.
Must be organized and detail oriented.
Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.Â
Working conditions
Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends, trade shows and general business travel up to 30%.
Must be able to work from our Boulder, CO headquarters.
