Summary of Position The eCommerce Sales Specialist monitors, supports, and helps ensure the success of designated eCommerce sales channels for Motherlove, including Amazon. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate and high-quality product listings, monitoring eCommerce accounts’ adherence to Motherlove’s requirements and policies, responding to consumer inquiries and feedback, contributing to optimized inventory management for major eCommerce platforms, and supporting digital advertising strategy and execution for designated eCommerce platforms, working together with agency partners and internal teams where applicable. The eCommerce Sales Specialist reports to the CMSO and works closely with members of the Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams, as well as outside vendors, to ensure the success of Motherlove’s sales performance on assigned eCommerce channels. Other duties include ad-hoc projects and general support for the sales team.
