An established Denver HVAC company is actively searching for a Customer Experience Coordinator (CEC). We are a small but GROWING team with an incredible history of giving the highest service and quality to our customers. We also like to have FUN and view ourselves as very different from other HVAC businesses. This company is going places, and now is a great time to get on board as we accelerate our growth plans!

The CEC is often the first point of contact with customers. This role might also assist with dispatching duties at times. This is an entry-level role so experience is not required however certain skills are necessary. Some customers can be challenging to deal with, so you must have a calm personality and the ability to not take anything personally. Solid computer skills, a sense of urgency, a friendly and outgoing demeanor, attention to details, a strong sense of curiosity, and technical acumen are other necessary requirements for this position.

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent at getting things done – you are a self-starter, you don’t let work pile up and you look for things to do during down time.
  • Calm personality and the ability to diplomatically interact with challenging customers – you don’t let difficult people get under your skin.
  • Punctual and always on time – you must be at your desk and ready to receive calls when the phones turn on each morning.
  • Dependable and trustworthy - we can rely on you to be at work each day and to follow through on all of your responsibilities without the need for micro-managing.
  • Attention to detail and highly organized – you’re the kind of person who thinks organizing your closet is a fun way to spend an afternoon.
  • Strong sense of curiosity – you enjoy learning and will explore new concepts when exposed to them without being asked to do so.
  • Comfortable with technology and very proficient with Microsoft Office.
  • Prior experience working in an HVAC company is a plus but is not required.
  • Familiarity with Service Titan, SuccessWare, Housecall Pro, Service Fusion, or similar software is a plus but not required.
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
  • Other requirements, as determined by management.

Job Duties:

  • Answering incoming phone calls from current and potential customers.
  • Scheduling service requests and coordinating time slots for field technicians.
  • Coordinating equipment installations including reviewing contracts, pulling permits, ordering equipment, and following up with the customer to confirm customer satisfaction.
  • Accurate and prompt entry of customer data (equipment, addresses, service history, etc.) into CRM database.
  • Handling difficult personalities with grace and charm.
  • Light sales duties such as promoting service agreements and other accessories to customers over the phone.
  • Resolving and invoicing job tickets.
  • Verifying payment on invoices and coordinating with office bookkeeping staff.
  • Scheduling estimates for new equipment installations.
  • Other duties, as assigned by management.
